I am privileged to serve as the Senior Pastor of Victory Outreach Church in Whittier, California. I have been involved in ministry for over 32 years. Currently, I have the honor to serve as a Multi-Regional overseer within the ministry of Victory Outreach, overseeing 31 churches throughout Southern California. I have been able to be apart of 5 exciting church plants (with a desire to plant more in the future) with a passion to reach out to hurting people; to see their lives changed and restored. I have received degrees from Faculty of Theology International and from the Latin American Bible Institute. I am happily married to my lovely wife, Doreen. She is the wind beneath my winds and together we have a passion to reach the world for the honor and glory of Jesus Christ.
